HouseProject_90 (VELORUM) is a modern one-storey house, in the elegant, modernistic style. This simple, cubic body is varied by arcades on the side of the main entrance and the living room - a perfect place to relax. An advantage of this design is an extensive utility room. It is perfect as a boiler house for solid fuel. A useful storage, available from the terrace, would work as a storage place for tools and garden furniture. The day zone is a spacious living room with a big kitchen in an open composition. The rooms might be, in need, separated by a load-bering wall. By the kitchen there is a larder. From the living room there is a passage to the roofed terrace. In the opposite side of the building there is a night zone with three comfortable rooms. There are also two bathrooms to the occupants' disposal - one, smaller, with a shower and one bigger, close to a bedroom. Additionally, the use programme enriches a small room with a window, that may serve as a laundry room or a built-in wardrobe. It might be also extended by removing the closet in the hall.
