HouseProject_78 (ETA) is a house with a modern design where the thinner surfaces penetrate its cubic body in the form that reminds the ribbons, which makes an amazing impression. The hanging elements that are not supported by anything, seem to play with the gravity and make an ilusion that this house is an invention from the other world. The combination of the raw concrete with the whiteness of the plaster, glass and the warm wood give an impression of lightness and cosiness of this architecture, inviting the viewers to move in and to relax inside. The interior and the spaces inside are designed in a way that makes the comunication and the everyday life intuitive. The day zone is designed as a fully open space. The living room that interpenetrates with the dining room and an open kitchen are organised around the centrally located fireplace. On the ground floor there is an additional room with its own bathroom and an entrance to the terrace, designed that way that it can function as a guest room or a home office. In the hall there is a space for a capacious wardrobe and a small WC. The economic zone contains a single garage with a technical room, a larder and a utility room. The comfortable stairs accessible from the entrance hall lead to the first floor where the night zone is organised. There are three comfortable bedrooms and a home office. Each of the rooms has an entrance to the balcony. Two twin bedrooms for the children are equipped with a shared connecting built-in wardrobe. The main bedroom has its own comfortable bathroom and a big built-in wardrobe. On the first floor there is also a space for the laundry room.
