HouseProject_48 (HAMAL) is a modern and a functional house of an elegant architectural form and effectively formed inner space. It refers to the arrangement of the modernistic houses, both by its body and by its functional programme. A combination of a whiteness and a hazel wood on the elevations creates a coherent integrity of high estetic with the light, steel, small roofes and pergolas. Its advantage is an extensive, double garage. A spacious combination of the living room and the kitchen and big surfaces of the glazings in the garden wall enlarge the impression of the space and naturally iluminate the interior. The empty space above the living room emphasises the innovative character of the house. The gallery on the first floor serves not only as a circulation area, but properly arranged, it might become the leisure center. In the night zone there are three comfortable rooms and a commodious bathroom. Each of the rooms has an entrance to the terrace. The design HAMAL would be a house that distinguishes itself in the neighbourhood, not only for its details, but also for its cubic form.
