HouseProject_91 (MARKAB) is a two-storey house with a modern character. A simple and modern body is varied by interesting details of the elevation. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a bay window, single-spatially combined with a kitchen. Straight from the living room we can get to a partially roofed terrace. In the left part of the building there is a room, which can function as a home office or a guest room, a bathroom with a place for a bath and a shower as well as the entrance hall. In the attic there is a corridor, which is a communicative channel between separate rooms. There are three comfortable and spacious bedrooms, each with the access to the balcony and there is also a large bathroom with a place for a bath.

MARKAB design is optimal for those, who are looking for a house with innovative solutions. A functional layout of the rooms, regular body and a modern look are not all advantages of the present house.
